David Elliott:  

Life I have served as the Chief of Internal Review for the Intelligence and Security Command at Fort Belvoir, Virginia since June 2004. I was born in Bad Kreuznach Germany and am native of Burkburnett, Texas. On, 1 February 2001, I retired as a Sergeant Major from the US Army after 24 years of service. My career began with the U.S. Army in Fort Knox, Kentucky. I served in a diverse number of positions during my military career including Cashier, Squad Leader, JACS Computer Operator, ICF Special Custodian, Platoon Sergeant, First Sergeant, Deputy Finance Officer, Operations Sergeant Major, NCOIC DRM, and Finance Career Management NCO. My assignments include Fort Huachaca, AZ, Fort Sill, OK, Washington, DC, Fort Eustis, VA, and Fort Jackson, SC. I served in Europe with the 8th Finance Company in Baumholder Germany and served two tours with the 175th Finance Command in Yongsan, South Korea.
